Still Waiting

So I've just had a thought, I'm surprised Relient K have never released a live concert album. They've done everything else (albums, EPs, Christmas CDs, records, b-sides) but still haven't released a live album or a live DVD. I'm hanging out for the day they do! In the meantime, I'm hanging out for Christmas because Relient K will once again be adding to their Christmas collection with 3 new songs (hopefully available for MP3 download) "God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen", "Silver Bells" and "Oh Holy Night". Awesome!

I'm still waiting for my Brave Saint Saturn album to arrive, am really hoping it will come today or tomorrow, just in time for CV Conference and the drive down to Victor!

Also found this band, Attack Cat, which features the ex-drummer from Relient K, Dave Douglas, and his wife. They originally had a side-project called Gypsy Parade, but now have moved on to this new project and I like what I hear! Her voice is very unique. Check out their song on their myspace!

Speaking of CV Conference (refer to paragraph 2), I head down to Victor Harbor on Friday evening for my sophomore conference. I'm very excited and I'm sure this year will prove to be a blast, already with a few things lined up (Tim Tam Slam-off, Late night sneak outs to Granet Island & there's even hear say of another fairytale photo shoot) and with even more people my age coming than last year. Anyway, I'll leave you with some photos from CV 2007 just to get you hyped up as much as I am.
