The epic legend of the mystery dish and the trouble it brings...
I have had just about enough of doing the dishes, emptying the sink, wiping up, washing and drying my hands and then walking into another room only to find that there are more dishes left to do. More often than not the mystery dish(es) is located in Lawson's room or hidden away somewhere in the lounge room - I found a cup behind the TV last week! But also at youth group, there's always a mystery dish left hidden somewhere in the church hall.
It's such a frustrating feeling to completely finished a task, and then to realise there is actually still more to do. This feeling of spotting the mystery dish is something that is only rivaled by the feeling of getting out of the shower to start drying when you realise you still have shampoo in your hair.
PS: Just in case anyone tells me that to solve this problem I should just put my dishes on the sink... the mystery dishes are rarely my dishes, I return my dishes to the sink and if I don't I still know where they are.
PPS: Does anyone have an epic mystery dish tales of their own? Where have you found a mystery dish?

quite easily when you have hair as short as mine... :P it's not something I'd expect a girl could do. But I have actually done it a couple of times before... I think my mind must wander a bit :P

I tend to find that I always seem to condition first, so then have to start the process again :s
Mystery dish= i think my best one is the time my younger bro left a small plastic container of vitamin C tablets on his desk. After a few months of being exposed, they actually turned soggy, then to mush, then dried out. Quite gross really :s

how on earth do you get out of the shower without realising you still have shampoo in your hair!?
